1. Information We Collect

When you create a Sunaar Parivaar account, we collect: your store name, owner name, phone number, email address, city, GSTIN, and billing information. We also store data you enter into the system: customer records, inventory details, invoices, transactions, and any documents you upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Sunaar Parivaar service. We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your business data for advertising or marketing purposes. Your customer data belongs to you and is used only to deliver the features you have subscribed to.

3. Data Isolation Between Stores

Sunaar Parivaar serves multiple jewellery stores. Each store's data is completely and technically isolated from every other store. Every database query, API call, and file upload is scoped to your store ID only. It is not possible for a user from another store to access your store's data. This isolation is enforced at the database level, not just the application level.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers in India. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with 10 salt rounds and are never stored in plain text. We maintain access logs and audit trails for all data access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your records. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us at support@sunaarparivaar.in.

6. Your Rights

• Access all your store's data at any time through the application
• Export your data (customers, inventory, invoices) from the Settings page
• Correct any incorrect data by editing it in the application
• Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Receive a copy of your data in a standard format on request

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication — specifically, your login session token. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

8. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay for payment processing. When you make a payment, Razorpay's privacy policy applies to the payment transaction. We do not store your full card details — only a payment reference provided by Razorpay.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of any material changes to this privacy policy via email with at least 30 days notice before the changes take effect.
