1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on Sunaar Parivaar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including store owners, managers, and staff.

2. The Service

Sunaar Parivaar provides cloud-based jewellery management software as a subscription service. This includes billing, inventory management, customer management, karigar tracking, gold schemes, reports, and related features as described on our website.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 90 days.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on your subscription date. Payments are due on the renewal date. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers via Razorpay.

Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in account suspension. Your data is not deleted during suspension. You can reactivate by making payment.

5. Your Data

Your store's data — customers, inventory, invoices, transactions — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership of data you enter into Sunaar Parivaar. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page in the application.

You agree to use Sunaar Parivaar only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

7. Multiple Users and Stores

You may create multiple staff user accounts within your store up to your plan's user limit. Each user's data access is governed by their role as configured by the store owner. If you want to run multiple separate stores, each store requires its own subscription.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app notification. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside our control including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Your account remains active and fully functional until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility in the first 7 days.

10. Termination by Us

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for more than 30 days. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violation. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunaar Parivaar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of any material changes to these terms via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of India.
